At our next gathering, we’re excited to welcome a presentation that speaks directly to the heart of community impact and the future we’re shaping together. The session, Beyond the Bell: Leading with Purpose to Empower the Next Generation, will explore why after‑school programming is far more than a place for kids to spend time once the school day ends.

Hillary Sawyer, Donor Relationship Coordinator for Boys and Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids, will take a closer look at how these programs strengthen social connections, support working families, and create pathways for young people to thrive. Just as importantly, she will examine how investing in youth development enriches the entire community, from safety and wellbeing to long‑term economic vitality.

Whether you’ve been involved in youth initiatives before or are simply curious about how purposeful leadership can transform lives, this presentation will offer meaningful insights and practical inspiration.

Invocation: Eric Nelson
Introduction: Jeff Kissinger
