The Breakfast Club of Grand Rapids: Early Risers was created in 1936 by EGR Mayor John Collins to allow businessmen in downtown GR to discuss current topics. They originally met in the basement of the Pantlind Hotel, but the venue has changed a few times by necessity. The club is quickly approaching its 90th year. We will use this meeting to discuss and decide whether we want to commemorate this milestone with a special celebration. And, if so, we will begin the planning process by listing your ideas and insights.
