CHT Leadership Consulting, founded in 2020 by Brian Zemba, was organized to foster a culture of confidence in people who accept the fact that they are humble enough to remain teachable. As it is a leadership consulting company, the goal for those requesting the service is to become leaders, creating their individual leadership styles. These leadership styles are developed through each person’s own strengths and adapt to his or her own surroundings. This will make one’s leadership style unique.
