On 24 February 2022, Russian forces, that had been amassed on the northern and eastern border of Ukraine, crossed with the hope of an almost immediate collapse of resistance. Having failed to take Kyiv, the Ukrainian capital, the Russian forces withdrew from the north and concentrated in the eastern sector.

Professor Jason Duncan from Aquinas College, returns to Breakfast Club to sort out the many facts for us on the third anniversary of the invasion and welcomes questions.

Invocation: Eric Nelson
Introduction: Paul Chardoul

  3. “Ukraine is part of Europe. And Europe cannot be whole without Ukraine.” – Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an address to the European Parliament on 28 September 2024
