As our nation and our allies approach what could be the most critical international crisis in our lifetime, our military, as prior to every conflict is ill-prepared to function truly as a military. Will China invade Taiwan in the next few months? What will be the role of the United States? If we do become militarily involved, will our uniformed services be able to sustain either a limited engagement or a full-out conflict?

Paul Chardoul will present the Rebuilding the Navy in 2025 as one person’s analysis of what is lacking and possibly what can be done.
