Our speaker is Wayman Britt. He is the author of “Fulfilling the Dream – My Path to Leadership and Finding Purpose Through Serving Others.” It is an honest, eye-opening, and inspiring book about setting aside personal ego and ignoring racial and political bias to bless and benefit others. Britt's story is a tale of believing in one's dreams, realizing them, and then dedicating one’s life to helping others imagine and achieve their dreams. Each of us has been challenged at one time or another to be an effective leader. This presentation will help you get closer to achieving that.
