Enbridge is a Canadian multi-national pipeline and energy company headquartered in Calgary. It owns and operates pipelines throughout Canada and the United States, transporting petroleum products and generating renewable energy.

Our concern is Line 5 that makes its journey from Canada, crossing the Straits of Mackinac as it continues south and goes into Ontario at Port Huron. What is the concern about digging a Straits tunnel just east of Big Mac?

Presenting the position of Enbridge is Anna Mooney, Manager of Government Relations for Enbridge.

Invocation: Eric Nelson
Introduction: Paul Chardoul

Energy

“We are producing a lot of natural gas, which serves as a bridge to more renewable fuels. And I think that’s an important transition.” -- Hillary Clinton

“Natural gas is the future. It is here.” – Bill Richardson

“Formula for success: rise early, work hard, strike oil.” – J Paul Getty

A PESSIMIST sees a dark tunnel. An OPTIMIST sees light at the end of the tunnel. A REALIST sees a freight train. The TRAIN driver sees 3 idiots standing on the tracks.
