WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2021  –  7:15 a.m.

After two cruel years of COVID 19, we look forward to a cautious, long-awaited holiday season. We turn to one of our own to welcome in Santa, gift-giving, eggnog tasting, and yes, caroling. Our own is the charitable real estate guru and Shriner extraordinaire, Harry Jones. We have asked Harry to address his Breakfast Club with an answer to the following: “Harry, have you in your more than 50 years ever listed any property in the North Pole? – Perhaps a three-story igloo with attached garage?” We will reach out to the membership to see who might serenade us with that great standard:

On the business front:

• Our next meeting after December 15^th will be January 5^th (we are skipping December 30^th). 
• We will vote on your choice as to whether we will honor Pam McVeigh with a tree or a bench. 
• Our banking is with Lake Michigan Credit Union. Paul and Jeff now have draft authority over the account, which is now connected to Jeff’s address. Since this is a business organization, a preliminary audit will be paid for.
