A real treat for the New Year! We have invited Alan (Al) Steinman, the Head Man of GVSU’s Annis Water Resources Institute. The Institute is renowned for integrating research, education, and outreach to enhance and preserve freshwater resources. He is able to tell us about Nestle water in Michigan, federal legislation and Great Lakes protection, the EPA Superfund and local initiatives. Instead, we are urging him to tell us about Restoring the Florida Everglades: Insanity or Reality? You will enjoy a spirited program that comes well recommended by our own Dr. Roger Ellis.
